Listen to messages
When you're abroad, you can access your voicemail by calling +46 706 133 133, or 133 if you're within the EU.
Enter the mobile number associated with the voicemail you want to access. Do not press # after the number.
Enter your voicemail PIN.
If you enter an incorrect PIN, you can request a new randomly generated PIN to be sent to you via SMS.
If you're having trouble accessing your voicemail, the service may not be activated. For more information about activating voicemail, see the guideManage voicemail.
Important:
If a PIN is required when accessing your voicemail, you have three attempts to enter the correct PIN. If you enter an incorrect PIN, you'll be offered a new randomly generated PIN, which will be sent to you via SMS. After three incorrect attempts, your voicemail will be locked for 15 minutes.
Simple PINs are not allowed. Examples of PINs that will not be accepted include 000000, 111111, 123456, 654321, and similar patterns. These rules also apply to PINs longer than 6 digits.
Cost abroad
When you're in an EU country and receive a voicemail or call your voicemail, it counts as a regular call to Sweden and incurs no additional charges.
When you receive calls outside the EU, you'll be charged the applicable roaming rate for the connection from Sweden to the country you're visiting. If you don't answer and have voicemail enabled, you'll also be charged for the connection back to Sweden, resulting in double call charges. To avoid unnecessary costs, you can temporarily disable voicemail before travelling abroad.
Call +46 706 133 133, or 133 if you're within the EU, to temporarily disable voicemail.
Press 1 to disable voicemail.
Press 2 to enable voicemail.
Remember to enable voicemail again when you return to Sweden.
