FAQ
You can order e-invoicing directly through your company’s online bank. Currently, e-invoicing is only available for mobile services. For more information, see our guideOrder e-invoicing for businesses.
Keep in mind that e-invoicing and email invoicing are two different payment methods.
If you would like to receive your invoices by email, see our guideOrder email invoicing.
Get help with your credit invoice using this form. You can apply the credit invoice to another unpaid invoice or request a payout.
Payouts are made to a bank giro, plusgiro, or bank account registered to the company named on the credit invoice.
If you have questions about payouts or how to use your credit invoice, contact our customer service and we'll be happy to help.
If you've received a payment reminder, late payment fee, or debt collection notice, it may be because your payment wasn’t registered on time or there was an issue with the payment. Log in to MyBusiness to check your payment status, review your payment method, and make sure your billing information is correct for your services and subscriptions.
If you’ve already paid the invoice, check that you used the correct amount, OCR number, and Bankgiro number. If everything is correct and the payment was made within the last few days, you can disregard the reminder.
Late payment fee
A late payment fee may apply to overdue invoices exceeding SEK 450. This fee is regulated by EU legislation and replaces the previous reminder fee. If you pay on time, no fee is charged.
Important to know:
The late payment fee is not charged immediately after the due date.
Any late payment fee is added to your next invoice after the original invoice has been paid.
If the invoice is sent to debt collection, the collection agency handles all fees, not Telia.
For invoices of SEK 450 or less, the previous fee structure still applies.
Have questions or need help with a payment issue? Contact our customer service and we’ll be happy to help.
For questions about a debt collection notice, contact Sergel at www.sergel.se or call 0771‑310 200.
This depends on when you requested the cancellation.
When you cancel a service, it ends three months from the date you contacted us. Until then, invoices will be issued as usual, as fixed fees are billed in advance. The final invoice is issued once the subscription is closed.
Any overpayment or underpayment is adjusted on the final invoice. Please pay the invoice you've received – any adjustments will be reflected on your final invoice.
Telia is phasing out direct debit linked to a Bankgiro in connection with the transition to a new billing system. To continue using direct debit, your authorisation must be linked to a bank account, which is the standard setup for direct debit.
If your direct debit authorisation is linked to a Bankgiro, you will be affected by this change and will receive further information. If your direct debit is already linked to a bank account, you do not need to take any action.
To continue using direct debit, you need to register a new authorisation linked to a bank account. If you do not, your direct debit will be cancelled and future invoices will need to be paid using another payment method.
Learn more about registering a new authorisation in our invoice and payment guides.
We're introducing a new invoicing system with a more modern design for our business customers. During the transition period, you may receive invoices in both the old and new format, depending on which services you have with us.
Everything is working as it should. Your bank giro number remains the same, and no action is required on your part.
Here's what's changing:
New invoice number format
Invoice numbers will be 12 digits and start with 8. Credit invoices start with 9.
Example: 810000703241 and 900000002247.New invoice account number
Invoice account numbers will start with 2-B or 2-BM followed by digits.
Example: 2-B40166555 and 2-BMA001111.INT numbers will no longer appear on invoices for certain broadband services, but subscription numbers (TBS) will remain.
Invoice reference will be added in a dedicated field on the first page.
The additional summary box on page two will be removed.
