Products are shipped as business parcels unless otherwise specified. Standard delivery time is 1 business day.

Payment terms are net 30 days or direct payment by card.
Warranty, Service, Claims, and Returns
A delivery note with warranty terms is included with each delivery. The customer must retain these documents. In case of shipping damage, the customer must notify Telia within a reasonable time to maintain the right to claim warranty defects, file complaints, and request service.
