When you update your availability status, you also need to set a rule for how incoming calls should be handled while that status is active. You can choose how incoming calls are handled based on your availability settings in the phone system.

When you open Visual Admin, you'll start with a blank call flow and the option to create a new one. If you've already created one or more call flows, you can find them by clicking Menu in the top left corner of the page. Then select Open to access your saved call flows.

To see which queue an incoming call is routed to in your phone system, you need to enable push notifications that support queue and name presentation.

Name presentation integrates your phone system’s contact directory with your phone’s caller ID function. This allows you to see which queue a call is routed to directly on your phone when it rings.

As a new user, you will receive an SMS the day before Telia Smart Connect is ready to use. The message will include instructions to enter your username (your mobile number with country code, without the leading zero) in the app or web interface.

To set your password, open the Smart Connect app and select New password. Enter your username and press Send. You will then receive an SMS or email with a link where you can create a new password.

You can change your password later in your profile under Settings in the app.
