Get started
To create an account in Telia CloudHub, you'll need to contact your company's Telia sales representative or Telia support. The first account created for a company automatically becomes the administrator account.
Create an account and log in
Contact your company's sales representative or Telia CloudHub support to set up your CloudHub account.
Once the account is created, the first registered user becomes the organization administrator.Go to cloudhub.telia.se and sign in.
Invite users
To invite new users, open Manage users from the left menu. Here you can assign permissions and licenses to your organization's users. For detailed steps, see the guide Invite new users to Telia CloudHub.
Roles and permissions
Telia CloudHub supports admin and user roles (such as Organization Admin, Billing Admin, View Only Admin, and User) that control what actions each user can perform.
As an admin, you can:
Invite users
Purchase and manage services
Assign licenses
Change subscriptions
Download invoices
