How to purchase a new license
Note: Microsoft list prices apply – no discounts can be applied.
Start by logging in to Telia CloudHub.
Go to My Services in the left menu.
Select Microsoft 365.
Select Add New Commerce Experience subscription.
Choose the license you want to purchase using the Product group dropdown, or search directly for the license in the search field next to Product.
Select and click on the license you want.
You can now configure the license term and payment frequency to fit your needs.
Subscription Length – The commitment period for your license and how often it renews. You can make changes such as canceling or modifying your license at renewal. For most licenses, you can choose between monthly or annual terms. Microsoft determines which terms are available, and Telia follows these guidelines.
Payment Frequency – How often you want to pay for your license. Your options depend on the subscription type you selected. If you choose a monthly subscription, payment is automatically monthly. If you choose an annual subscription, you can also choose between monthly or annual payment.
Enter the number of licenses you want to purchase under Quantity.
Note: You cannot reduce the quantity until the next renewal, but you can increase it at any time during the commitment period.Set the start date for the licenses under Start date. You can activate them immediately or schedule the start up to three months in advance. Click on your preferred date to set when the license takes effect.
You can also align the renewal date with one of your existing licenses by clicking End date alignment and selecting the desired renewal date from the list.
Once you've configured your license settings, click Create subscription to complete the purchase.
