Activate Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Protection

Activate Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Protection through MyBusiness. Learn how to get started and which discounts apply to different business subscriptions.

Before you begin

The discounts available to you depend on your business subscription. To find the right discount, you need to know which type of subscription you have. See the full overview under Plans and Discounts.

Do you already have Microsoft 365 through Telia?

If you already have Microsoft 365 licences through Telia, you do not need to do anything. The discount has already been applied and the correct amount will appear on your invoice.

If you would like to order additional licences, you can easily do so through your existing CloudHub account.

How to activate Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Protection

  1. Log in to MyBusiness.

  2. Go to Order in the main menu.

  3. Click the IT & Productivity tab.

  4. Select Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Protection.

  5. Enter your contact details and click Send.

Once your order is submitted, you'll receive an email with information about the next steps. If we need additional information, we'll contact you by email before activating the service.
