Managing your voicemail
Check your voicemail
To access your voicemail, dial 989 from your phone. You can also check your voicemail through the Touchpoint Plus app:
Open the Touchpoint Plus app on your mobile phone.
Go to the Main menu by swiping from left to right on the screen.
Select Röstbrevlåda.
Select the message you want to listen to.
If you're abroad, dialing 989 may not always work. If you experience issues, we recommend listening to your messages in the app instead.
Menu option
Main Menu
Press 2 to listen to previous messages.
Press 4 to listen to your personal greeting.
Press 5 to record a new personal greeting.
Press 6 to delete your personal greeting.
Press 0 to repeat menu options.
Press * to exit.
During Message Playback
Press 1 to play the previous message.
Press 2 to repeat the message.
Press 3 to play the next message.
Press 7 to delete the message.
Press 0 to return to the main menu.
Press * to exit.
