Transfer calls – Telia Touchpoint Plus

With the Touchpoint Plus app, you can easily transfer an active call to a colleague or contact in your phone book.

Direct or monitored connection

Here's how to transfer an active call to a contact:

  1. Open the Touchpoint Plus app.

  2. Search for the contact.

  3. Press and hold the selected contact and choose Koppla.

  4. Select the transfer type:

    • Direkt koppling: The call is transferred immediately to the selected contact.

    • Bevakad koppling: The call is placed on hold and you can speak with the selected contact before completing the transfer.
