Shortcuts and contact management
In the Touchpoint Plus app, the contact view is your home base for optimizing call management. Here you can search for your personal and company contacts, create favorites, and start chat conversations.
Search contacts
To quickly find a specific contact, enter the name in the search field at the top under Kontakter.
Shortcuts
Press and hold a contact to access quick actions:
Ring (Call)
SMS
E-post (Email)
Dela (Share)
Lägg till som (Add as)
Favorit (Favorite) – The contact is marked as a favorite and appears on the home screen for quick access.
VIP – A VIP contact is also marked as a favorite, but can be assigned custom call rules specific to that contact.
Blockerad (Blocked) – All calls from the contact are blocked.
Chat
When you open a contact, you can start a chat conversation. For chat to be available, the person you want to message must be a Touchpoint Plus user and logged into either the app or Softphone.
