Log in to the Web Directory – Touchpoint Plus

As a phone system administrator, you can sign in to the Web Directory using either a Telia profile (username and password) or BankID.

Both sign-in options work equally well, but to use a Telia profile, you'll need to register it first if you haven't already. Instructions for signing in and registering a Telia profile are provided below.

1. Start by opening the Web Directory.

2. Select BankID.

3. Open the BankID app on your phone or tablet.

4. Tap Scan QR code in the BankID app and point the camera at the QR code (to log in on the same device where you have the BankID app, select Use BankID on this device below the QR code).

Done! You're now logged in to the Web Directory.

Note: If this is your first time logging in, you'll need to verify your login with a verification code after step four. The verification code will be sent to the mobile number or email address you select as your verification method.

If you want to log in with a Telia profile, you'll first need to register a user account if you haven't already done so. If you've already registered an account, simply follow the instructions above.

1. Start by opening the Web Directory.

2. Select Telia profile.

3. Click Create Telia profile.

4. Enter your email address (the email address must be registered to your user in Touchpoint Plus) and then click Continue. A verification email with a PIN code will now be sent to the email address you provided.

5. Enter the PIN code that was sent to the selected email address and then click Continue.

6. Fill in your user details and then click Continue.

7. Choose a password according to the instructions. Confirm the password and click Save password.

Done! You're now logged in to the Web Catalog and your user account is registered.
