Get started with Softphone – Telia Touchpoint Plus

1. Log in to the Admin Portal.

2. Select Applikationer from the left menu (if you don't see Applikationer, switch to Användarvy in the top right corner).

3. Click the Ladda ner Touchpoint Plus Softphone link for your operating system and follow the on-screen instructions.

Done! Softphone is now installed.

1. Open the Telia Touchpoint Plus app on your computer.

2. You now have two login options to activate Softphone:

   • With username and password

   • With activation code

With username and password

1. Click Login with username and password if you're not already in that view, and enter your login credentials:

   • Username: Your mobile number or fixed number

   • Password: Your password (same as for the Admin Portal)

2. Click Login.

Done! You're now logged in and your Softphone extension is activated.

With activation code

1. Click Activate with code if you're not already in that view, and enter your mobile number or fixed number including country code. Example: +46701234567

2. Click Get activation code (the code will be sent via SMS or email)

3. Enter the activation code and click Activate.

Done! You're now logged in and your Softphone extension is activated.

If you're experiencing audio issues the first time you use your Softphone, the app may not be set to your preferred audio device.

Change audio settings

1. Click Verktyg in the top menu bar.

2. Select Inställningar (opens a new window).

3. Select Ljud in the left menu bar.

4. Set your preferred audio settings for Speaker and/or Headset.
