Get started with dashboard
You build your dashboard by adding small windows called widgets, then populate them with information that's relevant to you and your business. The dashboard gives you a quick overview of your statistics without having to open individual reports. It updates automatically and is accessible from your computer, TV monitor, mobile, or tablet.
What is dashboard?
Dashboard is a feature in Statistik Utökad. To access Dashboard, you must have access to Statistik Utökad. Dashboard retrieves and displays its statistical data from Statistik Utökad.
Create a dashboard
Open the Dashboard feature by going to the start menu in the Statistics interface and selecting Dashboard (Statistik Utökad only).
To view available dashboards, including templates, select Gå till dashboardkatalogen.
Select Skapa ny to create a new personal dashboard. Name your dashboard and then select Skapa.
Skapa ny från standardmall creates a new dashboard based on the configured templates. If no templates have been saved, this option will not be displayed. When editing a dashboard created from a template, you'll be asked whether you want to copy or modify the existing template. If you choose to create a copy, a new template containing your changes will be saved while the original template remains in the Dashboard Catalog.
Build your dashboard
When you create a new dashboard, there are pre-built layouts available to get you started quickly. For example, clicking 2 x 3 creates a dashboard with two rows containing three widgets each. You can easily modify this by adding or removing widgets and rows.
Add content
Now it's time to populate your dashboard with valuable information.
Select Lägg till innehåll to create a new widget for your dashboard. If an empty widget is available, you can select lägg till innehåll här to populate it.
You'll see a list of content available to you – click the content you want to add. Content related to your statistics can be found under Rapportinnehåll.
Under Annat innehåll, you'll find general widgets and can add shortcuts, images, videos, and icons. You can also add iframe content here (see Avancerade).
Configure Widget
After selecting your widget type and content, you'll move to the widget configuration view. The configuration view varies depending on the widget type. You can also access configuration after creating a widget.
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of an existing widget to open the configuration view
Under Widgetinställningar, enter the values for your widget
Under Utseendeinställningar, you can change the background and text color of the widget
For certain widgets, you can set Varningsinställningar to define thresholds that trigger alerts when a value exceeds or falls below a specified limit. For example, you can use this to receive an alert when queue wait time is too long, or when the number of people in queue is too high.
Delete a Widget
To delete a widget, click the trash icon in the upper right corner of the widget. If you're in dashboard editing mode, you can select a widget and choose Ta bort from the toolbar.
Editing mode
In Edit mode, you can resize and reposition your widgets. To enter Edit mode, select the pencil icon in the top right corner of a widget or choose Ändra innehåll from the dashboard menu.
To move a widget: Select the widget you want to resize or reposition. Click and hold in the center of the widget, then drag it to the desired location

The three circles between widget rows let you add a new row. Once created, you can place a widget in the empty row. If you leave the row empty, it creates a 10px vertical space between the two rows.
The toolbar at the bottom of Edit mode lets you move a widget forward or backward, copy sizing from another widget, delete or replace a widget, and more.
To position your widgets freely, select Fri placering. Note that your dashboard won't adapt to screen size when using Fri placering.
