Get started
ConnectMe requires no app installation on your computer. You can freely switch between your computer and mobile, depending on how your workday unfolds.
Start by opening ConnectMe in your web browser.
If this is your first time using ConnectMe or you're logged out, you'll land on a login page. Enter your usual Telia Touchpoint Plus credentials and click the sign in button.
If your company has two-factor authentication enabled, you'll receive a one-time code on your mobile phone. Enter the code in the box displayed in your browser, then click the sign in button. If two-factor authentication isn't enabled, you can skip this step.
Done! You can now start using ConnectMe.
Note: For the best experience, we recommend not running ConnectMe and Softphone at the same time.
