Get started with the admin portal – Telia Touchpoint Plus

This guide shows you how to get started with the Touchpoint Plus admin portal. As an administrator, you can efficiently manage users, call settings, and business communications from a single location.

Get started with the Admin Portal

The Admin Portal gives you better visibility and access to more features in your phone system. Here you'll find installation links for Softphone and, as an administrator, you can configure more advanced phone system settings.

Log in

  1. Open the Admin Portal in any web browser.

  2. Click Begär lösenord and enter your mobile number in the Användarnamn field. Then click Begär lösenord.

  3. A one-time password will be sent to you via email or SMS. Enter the one-time password and click OK.

  4. Enter a new password, confirm it, and click Ändra lösenord.

  5. Log in with your username and new password.

Done! You're now logged in to the Admin Portal.
