Caller ID – Telia Touchpoint Plus

This guide explains how to choose which number is displayed for outgoing calls.

Change caller ID

  1. Open the Touchpoint Plus app on your phone.

  2. Go to Jag-vyn by swiping from right to left on the display.

  3. Tap SAMTALS-ID.

  4. Select which of your available numbers you want to display to the recipient when making outgoing calls (your options vary depending on how your extension is configured, but the default choices are listed below).
    To hide your number, disable caller ID by turning off the toggle next toVisa mitt samtals-ID.

  • Arbete (Fixed)

  • Mobile

  • PBX

  1. Once you've selected your display number, tap the checkmark in the top right to save.

Done! Your caller ID is now updated.
