Order Data SIM card

With a Data SIM card, you can share your data allowance with up to five additional devices and enjoy 5G on your tablet or laptop. This guide shows you how to order and connect a Data SIM card in MyBusiness.

How to order a Data SIM card in MyBusiness

  1. Log in to MyBusiness.

  2. Go to the My Services tab.

  3. Select the subscription you want to order a Data SIM for. You can select it directly from the list or search by phone number.

  4. Go to Connected units

  5. Click Order extra unit.

  6. Select Datasim.

  7. Choose one of the options: New SIM card, Existing SIM card, or eSIM.

  8. Confirm or enter the required details for your selected option.

  9. Click Submit.

Done! Your Data SIM has been ordered.
