Billing Information

This guide explains how we invoice and outlines the fixed and variable fees that apply.

How we bill

We always bill fixed charges in advance, while variable charges (calls and data usage) are billed on your next invoice.

Our standard billing period is quarterly. If you'd like to switch to monthly billing, our customer service can help arrange this from your next invoice.

Adjustment on a previous invoice

If you see a line item labelled "Adjustment on a previous invoice" on your invoice, it means that a change has been made to your subscription.

This may be because a new subscription has been created or changes have been made to an existing one. For example, it could be due to a new subscription plan, a renegotiated price, or a promotional offer.

Increased fee during the contract period

On invoices for mobile subscriptions, you may see a line item labelled "Increased fee during the contract period". This charge covers the cost of hardware being paid off during the contract period. Once the contract period has ended and the hardware has been paid in full, the charge will no longer appear on your invoice.

Invoice after service has ended

If you've cancelled a subscription but still received an invoice from us for that service, you'll need to pay the invoice.

This is because fixed charges are billed in advance. Final billing takes place when the subscription is terminated, and the amount is adjusted if you have paid too much or too little for the period.
