Apply for direct debit

When you pay by direct debit, your invoice is automatically paid on the due date. You can apply for direct debit by downloading, completing, and submitting the form below.

How to apply for direct debit

With direct debit, your invoice is automatically charged on the due date. To apply, download, complete, and submit the direct debit form below.

Processing a direct debit application can take up to four weeks. Your invoice will show when direct debit is active. The account holder and the bank account holder must be the same person.

Paper invoice fee may apply with direct debit

If you prefer not to receive paper invoices, you have two alternatives. You can receive your invoice by email by ordering it through MyBusiness, or as an e-invoice by ordering it through your online bank.

If you don't have online banking

Contact your bank to check if you can receive e-invoices. If online banking isn't available to you, contact us at Telia and we'll send you a paper form.

When changing banks

If you're switching banks and want to keep your direct debit authorisation, inform your new bank and they will help you transfer the authorisation to your new bank account. Your invoices will continue to be charged automatically without interruption.

If there are insufficient funds in the linked account

If there are insufficient funds in your account on the business day before the due date, we'll send you a reminder by post. If there are insufficient funds in the account twice in a row, the direct debit arrangement with Telia will be cancelled. However, the authorisation with your bank will remain active. If you want to apply for Telia Direct Debit again, you'll need to submit a new direct debit form. You'll also need to cancel the previous direct debit authorisation with your bank.

Changing banks

If you're switching banks but want to keep your direct debit authorizations, let your new bank know you have active direct debit agreements and they'll help you transfer them to your new account. Your invoices will continue to be debited automatically without interruption.

Canceling direct debit

To cancel your direct debit, please contact our customer service. If you do not want a specific payment to be processed, contact our customer service at least five business days before the due date.
