Have you received a call from Telia?
We sometimes work with telemarketing partners to make sure our offers reach you. These companies handle phone sales on behalf of Telia and follow all regulations set by NIX-telefon.
We hold our telemarketing partners to high standards and require them to follow the industry code of ethics from SWEDMA. We also regularly monitor their performance to ensure they treat you with the respect you deserve. If we identify any quality issues, we take immediate action.
Telia's partners
To help you feel confident about who's reaching out on our behalf, here's a list of our partners and how they'll identify themselves.
Telemarketing
We work with the following telemarketing companies: Telisol, Rainbowia, Com7, and Dital. They handle phone sales on our behalf. Calls and emails will show Telia as the sender.
PartnersiSales AB and Uniqall AB are Telia partners who use their own brand name when contacting customers by email or phone.
Watch out for scammers
There are fraudulent actors who call businesses claiming to be from Telia. Never sign a contract without reading it carefully and verifying the actual sender. When BankID is used to sign our contracts, Telia always appears as the sender. This applies even when one of our partners calls on behalf of Telia.
Be cautious when returning missed calls, especially from unusual international numbers. Some scam operations specialize in calling late at night and letting the phone ring once. When you call back, you're charged a high fee. If you call back and hear music playing, hang up immediately.
