In today's digital society, access to technology and knowledge is essential for full participation. Despite the benefits of digitalization, many people feel excluded and uncertain online – especially with the rise of digital fraud creating a sense of insecurity. Older adults are particularly vulnerable. Ensuring digital inclusion is about more than just providing technology; it's critical that users feel safe and trust the digital services society offers. How do we build that trust? What initiatives are underway? What more needs to be done? How can we work together to improve? Panelists will be introduced as they're confirmed.
