Support

In the Support section you will find a number of support guides to help you solve various problems and tasks. This is also the place to submit an error report or ask a question concerning your products or services. If you submit an error report, you will be able to follow the status of the support case in MyBusiness.

Create Issue

In the main menu, click Support

Click Assignments

Click Create Support Case

Enter a detailed problem description along with subscription information and contact info.

Click Create

 

Ask a question

In the main menu, click Support

Click Assignments

Click Ask a Question

Enter your question. Provide as many details as possible, and enter your contact info.

Click Ask Question
