Manage invoices

Do you want to learn more about managing your company’s invoices in MyBusiness?

In main menu, click Invoices.

Click Invoices in the submenu to view and download your invoices.

Click Invoice Accounts in the submenu to manage and change your company’s invoce accounts and invoice addresses.

Choose the organization you want to make changes for.

Under Invoice Accounts, click the item you want to change. Under Invoice Address, click Change to change address.

To switch from paper invoice to e-mail invoice, choose the relevant row under Invoice Accounts and click Change to e-mail. Enter contact details and click Save.

By clicking Recipients in the submenu you can view all registered recipients for the chosen organization. You can also add new recipients by clicking Add Recipient and entering an e-mail address.
