Message services
When you are in Telia’s network, the services described below will be available to you provided that your home operator supports each service. Contact your home operator’s customer service department to determine which services are supported or to obtain assistance if you are experiencing problems using any of the services.
Media message (MMS)
When you are using Telia’s network, you can send and receive media messages containing pictures, sound and video clips. Don’t forget to dial + (the character), country code, the mobile number without the first zero if you want to send a message. Please check coverage for the media message.
Text message (SMS)
Use the SMS function on your mobile exactly as normal. Don’t forget to dial + (the character), country code, the mobile number without the first zero if you want to send a text message. You can send SMS messages wherever you can make calls.
Fax box
It is possible to receive faxes in your fax box when you are using Telia’s network. You can receive faxes wherever you can make calls.
